HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S).
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days after the delivery date. Your are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s)
We offer refunds to your original payment method on items returned to us within 14 days. (Refunds are only applicable on full priced items)
Items purchased in a sale or at a discounted price will only be refunded store credit.
We also offer exchanges on full price items for a different size / variation of the item (colour).
Returned items must be returned following the below requirements:
- In original packaging (Polybag)
- No signs of wash / wear.
- Tags must not be damaged or removed.
- No stains / hairs / odurs.
We will return your item(s) to you if the above requirements have not been met.
We do not offer free returns or labels - it is the customers responsibility to send the item(s) back to us in given time.
We recommend sending the item(s) back to us via a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
